Refound

Here we discuss how we refound and what products can refound.

You can change or refound the product if you are not satisfy under such circumstances:

Yeap ECM: In 3 days, change for free, refound with 3% Service Charge, over 3 days will calculate with the days you have used plus 5% Service Charge and change with 2% Service Charge.

Yeap DNS: Free refound in 2 days. Over 2 days will calculate with the days you have used plus 5% Service Charge. You will not get changed.

Yeap Container: Free refound in 1 day. Free change for 3 days. Over 1 days will calculate with the days you have used plus 5% Service Charge. Over 3 days with 2.5% Service Charge.

CDN plan(Plans itselfs only): The bandwidth can not refound. Which means, when refound the fee, the bandwidth will be calculated as the "Billing by volume mode". Yeap CDN can not be changed.

We do not refound for the any bandwidth/data storage/requests/resources you have used. Which includes: CDN package, HTTPS requests package, Yeap WAF, Yeap Object Storage bandwidth.

Yeap Cloud will not tolerate anyone who againsts the law.

You should obey the laws of country where you living in, and also the visitors' country not matter how frequency they come.

For any reason you disobey the law, with the legal paper and government officer has the right to access every log and data related to you. And in other circumstances, we will not provide any data to anyone.

Terms Control

The Terms will be changed in any time when Yeap Cloud thought it's incomplete.

Yeap Cloud users will get a notification email and may also a SMS to beware of the changes.

Your IP & ISP.
Your device informations.
Your product operation logs.
Domain you used.
Sensitive contents from your account.
The chats you talk with the Yeap Cloud official staff.
